Try Scuba Diving! It's your chance to discover

like it. Diving is much easier than you might think! Be ready to enjoy the new challenge and dive into a new world!
To truly enjoy your first trip under water you need a guide you can trust completely. A competent,
well trained Dive Leader will teach you everything you need to know. Under
our guidance you will learn all required skills and become completely comfortable with the equipment you're using during your
first underwater adventure. Start with us, and you get all the advantages of one of the biggest international
diving associations: worldwide recognition and proven learning methods in the latest media formats. We're sure - once you've tried it you'll love it! Afterwards, it only makes sense that you continue your adventure
to become a certified diver. Your Try Scuba certification card will be your first step. Achieve your Open
Water Diver certification within the following six months and your Try Scuba open water dive will be recognized as one of
the required dives.

OPEN WATER DIVER Becoming an SSI Open Water Diver
is the best way to start your scuba adventure due to worldwide recognition! With personalized
training and taking enough time, we make sure you are truly comfortable under water with the skills and equipment you will
use. In general, an Open Water Diver course consists of 3 parts: Academics, Pool Training and Open
Water Sessions. ACADEMICS: The SSI Training
Materials and Online Training program are designed so that you can learn the academics at your own pace when
it is convenient for you. You can complete the academics online FREE when you sign up for SSI's Online
Training program, and then attend review sessions at the Dive Center. POOL TRAINING
OR CONFIRM OPEN WATER: For your pool and open water training we will fit you to your
scuba equipment so you will become comfortable in your "second skin". OPEN WATER
SESSIONS: You will complete at least 5 open water dives and have the chance to experience
everything you learned in the pool/confirm water hands-on. After successful completion of your open water training dives you
will become a Certified Diver. The SSI Open Water Diver certification is recognized worldwide so your diving experiences will
be limitless. The fun doesn't need to stop there! With just a little more training, you can
go even further - imagine diving in underwater shipwrecks, with sharks, or becoming an underwater photographer! Check out
all of the exciting Specialty Programs you can get involved in. It's your chance to move to the next
level in your diving adventures. SSI will be a reliable buddy accompanying you on your way.
Specialty ProgramsAltitude DivingIf you dive in a body of water 300 to 3000 meters (1000 to 10000 feet) above sea level,
you call this Altitude Diving. Most algorithms have been designed to plan dives up to 300 meters (1000 feet). During your
Altitude Diving program, you will find everything you need to safely plan dives at a higher altitude. | Boat DivingBoats allow you the opportunity to explore spectacular dive sites far from shore. This
program covers the additional knowledge you need to make your first boat diving vacation a true success, and the techniques
necessary to dive properly from all sizes and types of boats. Enhance your dive trips! | Deep
DivingMany of the more exciting and intriguing dive sites are located in deeper water. Without proper training, this
kind of diving can put you at risk. Deep Diving program will provide you with the knowledge, skills, and experience required
to make these types of dives safely and comfortably. Explore the big blue! |
Underwater
PhotographyLearn everything you need to know to be a successful underwater photographer! Digital Underwater Photography
will teach you the proper photography techniques to get better results instantly and teach you how to optimize your camera
system with valuable accessories. | Diver Stress & RescueBe
prepared for those unexpected emergencies. The Diver Stress & Rescue program will teach you about accident prevention
and how to handle situations that might occur. You will learn how to avoid, recognize, and solve problems on the surface and
underwater. Enhance your safety! | Dry Suit DivingMake diving
a year-round activity by learning the basics of using a dry suit. The Dry Suit Diving program will teach you how to select
and properly use your personally fitted dry suit. Aside from your comfort underwater, proper insulation and protection is
also important for your safety. |

NitroxYou no longer have to make a choice between safety and longer dive times - nitrox is the key. Enrolling in SSI´s
most popular specialty program will teach you everything you need to know about Enriched Air Nitrox. This program is also
a prerequisite for getting involved in Technical Diving. | Equipment TechniquesYour
Total Diving System is like a buddy underwater who you need to be able to rely on at any time. You will learn about equipment
selection best suited for you, care and maintenance of your equipment, and how to properly store it; to ensure performance
and extend the lifetime of your equipment. | NavigationTo become
a safe and confident diver, it is critical to develop an understanding of navigation. You will learn how to navigate with
a compass, and how to apply natural navigation skills, estimate distances, navigate different search patterns, find your way
to marking points, and be able to get back to the exit point. |
Night &
Limited VisibilityWhether it's day or night, limited visibility can be an adventure. Just because the visibility is
limited doesn't mean the opportunities have to be. This program is filled with information about planning and conducting night
and limited visibility dives for fun, adventure, and exploration | Perfect
BuoyancyProper buoyancy control can only be mastered with proper training. The Perfect Buoyancy program will improve
your swimming position and reduce your effort which will lead to less air consumption. In addition, proper buoyancy control
is the best skill for environmental protection. | Science Of DivingScience
of Diving addresses all the areas of diving knowledge in a detailed and comprehensive manner: Physics, Physiology, Decompression
Theory, Aquatic Environment, and Diving Equipment. If you are simply interested in diving or plan to become a Dive Professional

Search &
RecoveryWhether it's the gold of a sunken ship or that your buddy lost his/her dive light, there are times when knowing
how to search for lost objects would be very beneficial. The Search and Recovery program will teach you different search patterns
for use in various conditions and the proper techniques to lift objects. | Waves, Tides
& CurrentsWater motion can have a tremendous effect on your enjoyment during your dives. Adequate training is
critical to handling the various water motion conditions you may encounter. You will learn to interact with waves when entering
from shore, how to react in a rip current and other water conditions. | Wreck DivingExciting
diving experiences await. These dives and exploring the past is exhilarating but there are some risks involved. However, with
the proper training and knowledge you get all you need to have the "Ultimate Diving Experience." Start exploring
